Install esup-cups-backend

Installing esup-cups-backend for the first time is done in 4 steps. If you want to upgrade a previous installation, please refer to this page.

1. Install the sources

• a. unzip esup-cups-backend-x.y.z-t.zip wherever you like
• b. move to esup-cups-backend-x.y.z/esup-cups-backend/ folder

2. Configure the application

To do this, use the example files provided within the distribution.

• a. write properties/build.properties (see build-example.properties)
• b. write properties/CEsupCupsBackendConfig.xml (see CEsupCupsBackendConfig-example.xml)
• c. write ../esup-hibernate-channel/properties/CWSClientConfig.xml (see CWSClientConfig-example.xml)

3. Deploy the backend

• a. run 'ant install' from the main folder
• b. test

Each time a configuration file is changed, the target 'install' should be run for the changes to be taken into account.
